OnePlus’s foldable phone launch
Sharma claims that apart from more “standard” smartphones, tablets and other products, OnePlus is also planning to launch foldables. The tipster suggests that the brand may launch horizontal folding and vertical folding smartphones in the near future. This ideally shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone, given that Oppo has already entered the foldable space with its Find N series of smartphones.
To further strengthen the claim, Sharma has also posted a picture of some of the trademarks that OnePlus has filed recently. The picture suggests that OnePlus may name its foldable smartphone as OnePlus V Fold and OnePlus V Flip. Sadly, there is no word on the specifications and features of any of these devices.
This is probably the first time news has surfaced about OnePlus foldables since OnePlus teased a 2022 launch. While there is no concrete launch timeline available as of now, we can definitely expect the OnePlus V Fold and OnePlus V Flip to launch sometime later. this year.
