A month after the launch of the Joy Mihos electric scooter at the Delhi Auto Expo 2023, Joy E-Bike claims to have garnered 18,600 bookings in just 15 days. The EV company has started taking bookings for the high-speed electric scooter from January 22.
The Joy Mihos electric scooter features retro-modern styling and uses an NMC battery with a claimed range of 130 km. The electric scooter caters to the premium electric two-wheeler segment in India.

Joy Mihos electric scooter was launched at a price of 1.49 lakh in India (ex-showroom). The EV is available in Metallic Blue, Solid Black Glossy, Solid Yellow Glossy and Pearl White color options. The company is expected to start deliveries of the Joy Mihos electric scooters to its existing customers in a phased manner from March 2023.

The electric scooter features a retro-modern design and is built using Poly Dicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) material, which the company claims is highly durable. The EV is underpinned by a 74V40Ah Li-ion battery with a Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) battery pack with a rated energy capacity of 2.5kWh. This is paired with an electric motor that is capable of sprinting from a standstill to a top speed of 40 kmph in under 7 seconds and offers a claimed range of 130 km on a single charge. The battery can be charged within 5 to 5.5 hours via the supplied wall charger.
The electric scooter gets features like 4.3″ color TFT display, front disc brake with CBS, telescopic front suspension, GPS-enabled connected vehicle feature, LED lighting, etc. The company has also developed a companion app called Joy e-Connect. Mihos enables a number of connected vehicle features on the electric scooter. The Mihos electric scooter also gets 90-section 12-inch wheels and 175mm of ground clearance.
