The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) announced an amnesty scheme for CIDCO Lottery Mass Housing Scheme defaulters. Launched between 2018 and 2022, those who have not paid their installments under this scheme can pay the remaining installments by April 30, 2023 and avail waiver on late payment fee (DPS) Are.
This amnesty scheme has been announced after repeated requests from people, however CIDCO says that April 30, 2023 will be the last date and also the last chance.
Since most of the people who do not pay DPS are from EWS or LIG category, CIDCO has gone ahead and given this concession. While some lottery winners have paid a few instalments, CIDCO mentions that many have not paid even a single instalment.
Allotment letter for the applicants who have paid the full amount before the last date will be issued after verification. The allotment letter of those who do not pay will be canceled immediately.
