The upgraded airport at Sanganer, increased connectivity, and its role as part of the &#8220;Golden Triangle&#8221; tourist circuit along with Delhi and Agra have also made Jaipur a thriving business center.  As a result, the city has emerged as one of India&#8217;s fastest growing large cities, with an annual growth rate of 4.5%, more than twice the national urban growth rate.<\/p>\n<p>By 2023, Jaipur has an estimated population of 4.2 million, growing at a rate of 2.4% over the past year.  The increase in employment opportunities and improvement in social and physical infrastructure have earned Jaipur the 23rd rank in the Ease of Living Index.  Its nominal GDP in 2020-21 is estimated at INR 1,22,140 crore ($15.8 billion), with a per capita GDP of INR 1,41,305.  Jaipur was ranked 31st among 50 Emerging Global Outsourcing Cities and is home to Mahindra World City, the largest IT Special Economic Zone in India.  According to NASSCOM, Jaipur has the fifth largest start-up ecosystem in the country.<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"datawrapper-chart-OlyxH\" style=\"width: 0; min-width: 100% !important; border: none;\" title=\"Jaipur Vs North-Indian Property Markets\" data-src=\"https:\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/OlyxH\/1\/\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" data-external=\"1\" src=\"about:blank\" class=\"lazyload\" data-load-mode=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Not only the IT industry, but strong connectivity has also made Jaipur a preferred location for setting up Knowledge Process Centers (KPOs) and Warehousing Centers in the region.  Socio-economic and infrastructure driven development, the real estate market in the city has witnessed significant growth in asset classes such as<br \/>Commercial, Retail and Residential segments.  To put things in perspective, Jaipur has emerged as a leading property market not only in Rajasthan but also among the major Tier 2 cities of northern India.<br \/>region of India.  According to our IRIS Index, which is a leading indicator of upcoming property demand across 42 major cities in India, Jaipur has the highest number of online property searches and inquiries compared to its North-Indian counterparts in the Chandigarh tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali and Zirakpur). Independent houses and plots together account for 32 per cent of the total property searches and queries in Jaipur.  Independent floors are the least explored option and account for a marginal share of 3 per cent.  In terms of configuration, 49 per cent consumers in Jaipur are looking for properties with 3BHK configuration, followed by 24 per cent search queries for 2BHK configuration.<\/p>\n<p>Areas like Vaishali Nagar, Jagatpura, Mansarovar, Mansarovar Extension and Jhotwara.  Homebuyer search trends for property type, configuration and price bracket preferences in Jaipur are reflected in these micro-markets as well.<\/p>\n<p>In short, Jaipur is an emerging realty hotspot among the Tier-II cities of North India.
