The main objective of Fund City is to secure wealth for all.  stalled, stressed and new projects without any discrimination of size, geography or stage.  This will include investment bankers and advisors who will analyze and assist in processing stalled or new project funding.  The terms and conditions of funding will be determined by the respective fund houses and project promoters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNAREDCO Fund City aims to disburse funds to a significant number of projects and promoters to bring them out of the red.  Fund City aims to save a significant number of home buyers, repay and foreclose a significant number of loans and offload indirect liabilities.  It will also encourage entrepreneurship in the real estate sector and ease of doing business,\u201d said Rajan Bandelkar, chairman, NAREDCO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe launch of NAREDCO Fund City is expected to make a huge impact on the Indian economy, employment market, organize the unorganized market, create Cat A developers of all sizes, act as a financial think tank and encourage best practices.  The Fund City will also reduce the cost of funds for the projects, which will impact on increase in profits or reduction in selling prices for buyers and become competitive,\u201d said Satish Kumar, Chairman, NAREDCO Finance Committee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Getting funds from Fund City will be a simple process, expressing interest from fund houses will require only a single sheet application.  Within 7 days, the funds will provide their expression of interest, and once the promoters complete all the necessary formalities, the entire process of allotment will be completed by the chosen fund house, usually within 30 working days.
