In one of the images, the charger is positioned next to a smartphone that looks like the Infinix Zero Ultra that debuted with 180W charging capability. As per the report, the new 260W charging system will feature a four-way 100W charge pump and AHB (Advanced High-Performance Bus) circuit architecture with safe charging controls. As mentioned above, the company may showcase the technology on March 9 and launch it on the smartphone later this year. Stay tuned to know more.<\/p>\n

The report also mentions that the smartphone brand is working on a 100W wireless charging system. It will be accompanied by a custom-coil design with peak power charging times, reduced internal resistance, and improved charging efficiency.<\/p>\n

Many smartphone brands are trying to upgrade their rapidly changing technology. Last year, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition with 210W fast charging support, which claimed to fully charge the smartphone in just 9 minutes. However, a report indicated that the smartphone failed to meet the 210W claimed charge speed in real-world testing. Keeping that aside, a few days back, the Chinese smartphone maker showcased its 300W fast charging solution in China. The company modified the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ with an in-built 4,100mAh battery to showcase 300W fast charging technology. The report states that the smartphone was charged to 50 percent in just 2 minutes and 11 seconds.<\/p>\n

Xiaomi\u2019s 300W fast charging solution comes after its competitor Realme unveiled its 240W charging technology in January this year. Realme claims to have achieved 98.5 percent charging conversion efficiency by using a three-way 100W charge pump parallel design, 20V 12A input, and 10V 24A output. Last month, the company launched Realme GT 3, which comes with this charging technology. Earlier, smartphone brand Oppo showcased its 240W charging technology and claimed that it can charge a 4,500mAh battery in under 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
