The Bombay High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging the NOC granted by the aviation authority regarding restrictions regarding height near Juhu airport. With this decision, the MMRDA can successfully go ahead with the construction of Mumbai Metro Line 2B between DN Nagar and Mandalay.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, the Bombay High Court ruled in favor of the MMRDA against writ petitions filed by Indo Nippon Chemical Company Limited in 2018 and Shree Yashwant Co-operative Housing Society Limited in 2019 regarding the alignment of Mumbai Metro 4, affecting their Besides, the execution of Metro was in violation of statutory provisions including land acquisition done under the MRTP Act, 1966.
