Khan had leased his commercial property to Foodhall, a subsidiary of Future Retail Limited-TNSI Retail Private Limited.  Future Retail is now bankrupt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The appeal was filed by Koinonia Coffee after the actor sought termination of an agreement effective April 30, 2023.
