OnePlus is preparing its next gateway to mid-range smartphones and it is the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G. The device has been teased several times and will debut in OnePlus’ upcoming ‘Larger Than Life – A OnePlus Nord Launch Event’ which is going to happen on 4th April. OnePlus is also expected to launch the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 alongside the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G expected price in India
According to a recent leak, the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G mid-range smartphone will be priced in India at Rs 27,999. Its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G is available for Rs 19,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and Rs 21,999 for the 8GB + 128GB.

design
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G takes the design game forward and sports an evolutionary design. It now sports a more refined design with two circular housings for the triple camera setup at the back. The left edge houses the SIM card tray and the volume rocker while the right edge houses the power button. OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G has also been shown in a new form The pastel lime color which is a bright shade of green looks refreshing on the device. There could also be a Chromatic Gray color option that was teased recently.

The display department will be taken care of on the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G. 6.72-inch FHD+ screen with support for 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The device boasts of 91.4% screen-to-body ratio and will be more legible in sunlight as the peak brightness on the panel now reaches 680 nits. So the display is bigger and brighter than the device it replaces.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G gets Snapdragon 695 mobile chipset. This CPU and GPU combination will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. There could be other variants as well that offer different RAM and internal storage combinations. OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G will come with OxygenOS 13 skin-based Android 13 out-of-the-box.
Battery and Charging
Recently, the battery information of OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G mid-range smartphone was teased by the company. The device will have a feature 5,000mAh battery pack that now supports 67W SuperVOOC fast charging. This marks a clear jump in charging speeds as the older OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G could only be charged at up to 33W. The Chinese smartphone maker claims that by using this new advanced technology, users can charge the phone from zero to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. That’s almost a full day’s charge in half an hour!
This new technology is also supported by Battery health engine that helps maintain battery life. The company claims that with this, the battery life can be increased by daily charging up to four years.

The optics of the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G smartphone has now received a new main sensor. The new sensor is a massive 108MP and uses 9-in-1 pixel binning technology to provide better imaging system. OnePlus says the new main sensor is composite Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) Can help capture lossless images even at 3x zoom.
The main camera will be assisted by two other sensors and an LED flash. These two camera lenses include a 2MP (f/2.4) depth camera and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro camera. Front camera duties are likely to be handled by a 16MP front shooter.

Along with the new upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G smartphone, OnePlus will also launch the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 along with it. The design language of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 is similar to its predecessor. So it continues with an elliptical cuboid case design. On the inside, the earbuds get a flat stem design with brushed aluminum looking accents. The ear tips are made of silicone to aid in comfort.
OnePlus has housed inside these earbuds 12.4mm drivers with large diaphragm to improve its bass output. There is also a basswave algorithm present which allows the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 to deliver this extra bass without compromising on other features of the sound. An additional layer of titanium has also been placed in the vibration diaphragm to provide greater clarity and improve response.
