The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been appointed as a general consultant for the two upcoming metro corridors of the Jaipur Metro project to ensure quality and time-bound project completion, officials announced on January 21, 2023. The DMRC was engaged in the development of the Jaipur Metro. operational corridor.
In an official tweet, the DMRC said it is the general consultant for the Jaipur Metro corridors from Badi Chaupar to Transport Nagar (Phase 1C) and Mansarovar to 200 feet bypass, Ajmer Road (Phase 1D). It will provide consultancy with regard to quality aspects and time bound completion of the project.
In another tweet, DMRC announced that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Jaipur on January 20, 2023, between Jaipur Metro CMD P Ramesh and DMRC Director.
DMRC, a centre-state-owned company that operates the Delhi Metro network, has offered consultancy for several metro projects across the country.
