While the exterior design of the phone remains the same as the original model, there are some aesthetic additions to make the phone stand out. The Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition sports a dual-tone design, with a black color and Realme logo on one side, and Coca-Cola branding in red accents on the other half. There are dual-camera sensors at the back with red accent rings. The phone sports a boxy design with rounded edges.
