We have just received some pictures that show the FCC listing of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. The images reveal technical details on the pair of TWS earbuds from OnePlus and also preview the design blueprints of what the device looks like. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will come with model number E507A and the packaging stamping suggests that it will be manufactured in China.
The FCC listing reveals that the earbuds will house a 0.231Wh battery, while the charging case will house a lithium-ion battery pack with a rated capacity of 520mAh battery. The actual battery in the case is slightly larger with a typical capacity of 525mAh, presumably to combat battery health degradation with use over long periods of time. The document also records that the charging case will support wireless charging.
The listing reveals that the device will operate on a frequency range of 2,402MHz to 2,480MHz and operate at an ambient temperature of 0°C to 35°C. The design blueprint reveals the footprint of the charging case and also shows in-ear style earbuds. According to the image, the earbuds will be equipped with multiple directional microphones and proximity sensor.
