POCO X5 5G price, availability
POCO X5 5G has been announced for several international markets including the US. The smartphone has been introduced in two variants with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The devices are priced at $249 (roughly Rs. 20,500) and $299 (roughly Rs. 25,000) respectively.
Poco X5 5G Specifications
The POCO X5 5G features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, which also offers 120Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC, which is a mid-range 5G-ready chip. However, this is unlike the POCO X5 Pro which is powered by the Snapdragon 778G 5G chip.
As mentioned above, the RAM and storage options of the smartphone include two variants – one with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the other with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
At the rear, the POCO X5 5G packs a 48MP primary rear camera along with 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro secondary cameras. On the front, it houses a 13MP selfie shooter housed in a drill-hole slot. The entire setup is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging in tow.
The device measures 7.98mm in thickness and weighs 189 grams. It also has IP53 dust resistance, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio port, and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
