Samsung Galaxy S23+ drop test results will surprise you: Watch the video here

samsung galaxy s23+ drop test result

According to the drop test, it was unexpected for a high-end flagship smartphone like the Samsung Galaxy S23+ to fail after the first drop. Additionally, it was shown that the front and rear glass panels had dents, cracks and scratches. The Under Armor aluminum frame of the Samsung Galaxy S23+ also took a lot of damage from the fall. However, the good news was that there was no software related issue, and the phone still responded to touch inputs. It is noteworthy that most modern smartphone glass sandwiches will shatter if dropped from waist height.

According to a recent durability test, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra broke after just a single drop from waist height. It was thought that the curved display of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra could be responsible for how easily it cracked. However, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ shared the same fate as the Samsung S23 Ultra, failing the drop test on the first try despite having a flat display and the latest version of Gorilla Glass.

However, in order to keep the smartphone safe, users may need to add a case to their Samsung Galaxy S23+ smartphone to protect it from damages.
