The company has confirmed that the Tecno Phantom V Fold will be launched in India on April 11. It will be available for purchase from April 12 on Amazon as an early bird offer. According to the company, the Tecno Phantom V Fold will be manufactured at the Noida factory, which is now capable of manufacturing 24 million phones on an annual basis.

Initially, the company announced that the Tecno Phantom V Fold price in India is Rs.89,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage model and Rs.99,999 for the 12GB + 512GB storage model. But under the Early Bird offer, this smartphone will be available for a limited period at Rs 77,777.
The TECNO Phantom V Fold features a novel, aerospace-grade drop-shaped hinge with fixed-axis rotate and slide mechanism and a self-designed reverse snap structure that enables flawless, crease-free folding. In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 6.42-inch FHD+ LTPO External AMOLED Dual 10Hz-120Hz display. The main screen is ultra-flat and has dual-high brightness and dual-high color accuracy. It features a 7.65-inch 2K 10-120Hz LTPO AMOLED display.
The Tecno Phantom V Fold sports a triple rear camera setup – a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50MP 2x portrait lens. It also comes with a 32MP selfie camera on the outer screen and a 16MP selfie camera on the inner display.
The foldable smartphone comes with MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset and up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
Tecno Phantom V Fold has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Talking about connectivity options, the smartphone includes 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C.
