Tipster Yogesh Brar has revealed some of the key specifications and features of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. This suggests that an upgrade could be seen in the camera setup on the flagship.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra specifications, features (expected)
As per the tipster, the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC, just like the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro. The phone can be given a 6.7-inch AMOLED LTPO display with QHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The handset may come with flat edges on the side, but it cannot be said for sure as of now.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to feature quad cameras at the back and if the Xiaomi 13 Pro cameras are anything to go by, the Ultra should be even better. The camera setup will include a 50MP primary camera, which could be a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor. Other sensors include a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and two 50MP telephoto cameras. The Xiaomi flagship is tipped to come with a 32MP shooter at the front for selfies and video chats. Xiaomi should continue with the Leica branding for the optics.
The chipset is expected to be paired with 12/16GB of RAM and 256/512GB of storage options. Surprisingly, there may not be a 1TB storage variant. The phone is expected to run Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom skin out-of-the-box. Lastly, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected to pack a 4900mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. It is surprising that the Xiaomi 13 Pro comes with 120W charging support.
