The motherboard section in the Geekbench listing mentions that the phone will come with the Iyriq, which could be coupled with the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC.

The Motorola Edge 40 is expected to feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 1200nits peak brightness. The phone is said to come with a 4,400mAh battery with 68W fast charging support and 15W wireless charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

Powering the Motorola Edge 40 is the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC, but previous reports suggested that the phone would come with the Dimensity 8020 SoC. The chipset could be coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
