While it is not entirely clear, the company seems to have teamed up with a third-party retailer to launch the first PlayStation Store in India. DT Zone is reportedly the official partner of Sony’s first ever offline store. The pictures of the new store were shared by Alwani and it is already operational in Delhi’s Punjabi Bagh.

As stated, the store will be a one-stop shop for a range of Sony’s gaming console needs including PlayStation, Dual Sense gaming controllers, headsets and more. The images of the store highlight the PlayStation Plus subscription plans, which give players access to a huge catalog of games. These vouchers can be bought from the store and can be activated from the offline website.
This comes after Sony recently cut the price of the PS5 by Rs 5,000. Customers can avail the limited period offer while the stocks last. The standard edition costs Rs 49,990 while the digital edition will cost Rs 39,990. The God of War Ragnarok bundle will be available in India for Rs 54,990. The company has reportedly sold over 1,00,000 units in India in 2022, which shows how successful Sony gaming consoles are in India.
