Ranbir Kapoor has been the brand ambassador of Oppo for a while now, and has also been seen endorsing the earlier Reno series of smartphones. We can speculate that the OPPO Reno 8T India launch could be just around the corner as the promotional activity continues.
Oppo Reno 8T India launch details
The India price along with the full spec sheet of the new Oppo Reno 8T smartphone has surfaced in multiple leaks last week. OPPO Reno 8T is tipped to launch in India on February 3, 2023. As per the leak, the handset will be priced at Rs 28,999 or Rs 29,999. The smartphone is expected to be offered in more than one RAM and storage configuration which may further increase the cost. There is expected to be a 4G as well as a 5G model in the series.
While there is no clarity on this, it is rumored that the OPPO Reno 8T could be bundled with a free pair of OPPO Enco Buds2 TWS earphones as part of the pre-booking offer.
Oppo Reno 8T specifications (expected)
The OPPO Reno 8T is said to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED 10-bit display with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is expected to launch in two flavors with the 4G variant powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, while the 5G variant is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. The handset could be coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The OPPO Reno 8T will pack a massive 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. On the optics front, the smartphone will get a dual camera setup on the rear with a 108MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There will also be a 32MP front camera that will take care of selfies. The device will run on Android 13 with the latest ColorOS build out-of-the-box.
