ASUS ROG Phone 7: Everything we’ve come to expect
ASUS ROG Phone 7 according to Brar PostWill be priced between Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000. This comes as no surprise, to be sure, as the ROG Phone 6, its predecessor, was launched at Rs 71,999 – exactly the same price bracket that Brar had mentioned as the new phone. However, this leaves room open for the ROG Phone 7 to be more expensive, though it’s unclear whether that will happen.

Chips and components prices are down right now due to weak consumer spending on discretionary gadgets, say most supply chain reports. As a result, any price hike by ASUS for the ROG Phone 7 series will either come down to newer and significantly more expensive components, or higher profit margins for the company and its retailers.
Looking at the expected specifications posted by Brar along with the pricing, it doesn’t seem like the Asus ROG Phone 7 will be much different from its predecessor. Device features 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 165Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 12GB or 16GB RAM, 256GB or 512GB storage, 50MP triple rear cameras with OIS (including 13MP ultrawide unit), 32MP front Camera and 6,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging.
ASUS is also expected to launch Pro and Ultimate variants of the ROG Phone 7, and it remains to be seen how the latter stacks up against the vanilla variant.
