Kuba (who has been leaking a lot of information related to the Pixel Fold in the past) uploaded a six-second clip of a foldable on Twitter, which he claims is the first live look at Google’s first foldable. We’ve previously seen the Pixel Fold leak in renders, and apparently in the hands of a commuter on the New York subway, but this might be our best look yet. While there is no logo or the classic Google camera module to tell that this is indeed the Pixel Fold, what we do see are the selfie cameras, thick inner bezels, and rounded edges. Video is blurry on the internal screen, but we get an idea of the form factor.
As per previous leaks, the Pixel Fold is expected to weigh around or 283 grams, which is around 20 grams heavier than its closest rival, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. The dimensions of the Pixel Fold when folded are expected to be 5.5 height x 3.1 width x 0.5 depth. (inch). We do not know the exact dimensions revealed yet.

According to According to John Prosser (via 9to5Google), the Pixel Fold will cost $1,799 (over Rs 1.47 lakh) for the 12GB/256GB model in Chalk and Obsidian colours. The Google Pixel Fold 12GB/512GB is expected to be available in Obsidian only for $1,919 (over Rs. 1.57 lakh). According to Prosser, there’s a free Pixel Watch for everyone who pre-orders the Fold.
According to leaked information, pre-orders for the Pixel Fold will begin on May 10 from the Google Store, while the phone is expected to ship from June 27.

Prosser further takes a look at what we can expect from the Pixel Fold’s spec sheet:
- Show: The external display will be 5.8-inch-FHD+ OLED with a resolution of 2092×1080 OLED 408ppi and 17.4:9 aspect ratio. The internal display is 7.6-inch, 2208×1840 OLED 6:5 aspect ratio at 380ppi. The internal display has ultra-thin glass protected by plastic. Both the displays have 120hz refresh rate.
- Chipset: According to previous leaks, tThat Pixel Fold will use Google’s in-house tensor 2 chipset With Titan M2 Security Chip. The chipset could be the same as the Pixel 7.
- Camera: Pixel fold will have triple camera setup. According to Prosser, 1/2 inch would be, 48MP main sensor with 0.8 µm pixel width and f/1.7 aperture. There’s a 1/3.1-inch 10.8MP sensor telephoto lens with 1.22 pm pixel width, f/3.05 aperture, and 5x optical zoom capable of up to 20x digitally. The ultrawide camera will feature a 1/3-inch, 10.8MP sensor with 1.25 um pixel width, f/2.2 aperture, and 121.1-degree field of view.The external selfie camera is 9.5MP, while the internal front camera is 8MP.
- RAM and Storage: Two storage variants are expected – with 256GB and 512GB 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM, Storage is UFS 3.1.
- Battery: Pixel Fold is expected to pack 4,700 mAh battery. Fast charging details are currently unknown.
- OS: expected to run Android 13 OS out of the box.
